Effective Date: July 1, 2026 · Vaagn Auto Private Limited
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrolment and participation in all programmes offered by Vaagn — Vaagn EV Academy, operated by Vaagn Auto Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its principal place of business at Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, India.
By submitting an application, making a payment, or attending any Vaagn programme — whether online, hybrid, or in-person — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your enrolment. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not complete your enrolment or participate in any programme.
Enrolment in any Vaagn programme is subject to the availability of seats, verification of any applicable eligibility criteria as communicated for that programme, and receipt of the applicable programme fee in full or the first instalment thereof where an EMI arrangement applies. Vaagn reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole and absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason for any such decision.
An enrolment shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and the issuance of a confirmation email or written message by Vaagn to the applicant. Submission of an application form alone does not constitute a confirmed enrolment. Vaagn reserves the right to place applicants on a waiting list where a batch is full.
Programme fees are published on the Vaagn website and are inclusive of any current promotional discounts applicable at the time of enrolment. All fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 18% as required under Indian law, in addition to the base fee displayed. The applicable fee and GST amount will be clearly presented at the payment checkout stage before you confirm your transaction.
Payment may be made online through our payment gateway, Razorpay. EMI options, where available, are facilitated through Razorpay's partner banking and financial institutions and are subject to approval by the respective institution based on your credit profile and eligibility. Vaagn is not a party to any EMI arrangement between the participant and a financial institution and accepts no responsibility for any EMI approval, rejection, or modification decision. All programme fees must be settled before the commencement of a batch unless a confirmed EMI arrangement has been established.
Vaagn reserves the right to schedule, reschedule, modify, split, or cancel any batch at its sole discretion based on factors including but not limited to enrolment numbers, instructor availability, infrastructure readiness, force majeure events, or other operational requirements. Where a batch is rescheduled, Vaagn will provide advance notice to enrolled participants and will offer the option to transfer to the next available batch of the same programme at no additional charge. Vaagn does not guarantee the commencement date of any batch and shall not be liable for any loss, cost, inconvenience, or damage — including loss of income, travel costs, or accommodation costs — arising from any batch rescheduling or delay.
Participants who successfully complete a Vaagn programme and satisfy all attendance and assessment requirements shall receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Vaagn Auto Private Limited under the Vaagn brand. The award of a certificate is subject to Vaagn's assessment at its sole discretion and is contingent upon the participant meeting the minimum attendance threshold and satisfactorily completing all required programme components as communicated at the commencement of the batch.
Vaagn does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that completion of any programme or the receipt of a certificate will result in employment, a specific salary level, or any particular career outcome. The certificate is an acknowledgement of training completion and is not a professional licence, regulatory qualification, or government-recognised credential unless expressly stated otherwise in the programme description.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity throughout their engagement with Vaagn, including during all online sessions, in-person lab sessions, factory visits, and any other programme-related activity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of enrolment without any refund of fees paid: disruptive, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at instructors, staff, fellow participants, or any other person; harassment or discrimination of any kind; unauthorised recording, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any programme materials, sessions, or content; engaging in any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty; and any illegal activity on Vaagn premises or digital platforms.
Vaagn's determination of a breach of the Code of Conduct shall be final. Participants whose enrolment is terminated under this provision will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.
All course content, curriculum, materials, videos, presentations, handouts, assessments, and any other resources provided as part of Vaagn programmes are the sole intellectual property of Vaagn Auto Private Limited and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to access and use these materials solely for their own personal learning and non-commercial purposes during the period of their enrolment.
Reproduction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, public display, or any commercial exploitation of Vaagn materials — in whole or in part, in any medium or format — without the prior written consent of Vaagn Auto Private Limited is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaagn's aggregate liability to any participant in connection with a programme shall be limited to the total programme fees actually paid by that participant for that specific programme. Vaagn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or any other financial or non-financial loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Vaagn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu and the applicable laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the enrolment process, or any Vaagn programme — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Tamil Nadu, India, and the parties consent to such jurisdiction.
Vaagn reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued participation in any Vaagn programme, or your submission of a new application, after the publication of revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
